Mornington Senior Club - for those of who are 65+ and physically active.

Senior training every Thursday from 13:30 to 14:15.

We can help with a variety of exercises, tips, and advice and training are treated to some refreshments. In these workouts, you will be able to try out the healthy balance exercises, strength training for the entire body and always end with some stretching exercises. It's fun to train together and encourage each other.
